One Community welcomes Ratna Meena Shivakumar to the Administration/Management Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Ratna has over 3 years of professional experience in data science, analytics and software development, coupled with a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Boston University. Beyond her technical expertise, Ratna is a passionate classical dancer, hockey player, and a mandala artist, and has held leadership roles, including serving as Vice President of the Great Minds club, where she managed a team of 200+ students. She finds joy in solving problems and has a natural drive to achieve goals. Within One Community, as a part of Admin and Analytical team, she has contributed to hiring candidates and implementing successful Search Engine Optimization strategies for for One Community’s blogs, demonstrating her adaptability, strategic thinking, and dedication to supporting the organization’s mission with her distinctive blend of business acumen, technological expertise, and creative talents.
