One Community welcomes Mahathi Ganimisetti to the Data Analytics team as our newest Volunteer/ Consultant!

Mahathi has over four years of experience in data analytics and holds a Master’s degree in Data Science, with a background spanning enterprise data environments, business and operational analytics, and sustainability-focused technology. Her expertise includes SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, ETL development, data visualization, and cloud data platforms, along with a growing focus on machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI. Throughout her career, Mahathi has worked with large and complex datasets to build data pipelines, automate reporting processes, analyze performance trends, develop interactive dashboards, and translate data into insights that support business decisions. She is particularly interested in bringing together analytics and emerging AI technologies to improve how organizations understand their data, automate repetitive processes, and solve practical problems. As a member of the One Community Software Team, Mahathi contributes to the Highest Good Network by developing and improving data-driven features across multiple areas of the platform, including Job Analytics, Supplier Performance analytics, and Summary Dashboard visualizations. Her contributions include developing and refining analytical dashboards, validating data and reporting logic, improving the accuracy and usability of visualizations, resolving frontend and backend analytics issues, and collaborating through code and pull-request reviews to deliver reliable insights for a platform designed around sustainability, collaboration, and measurable impact.
