One Community welcomes Sharadha Kasiviswanathan to the Software Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Sharadha Kasiviswanathan, AI Software Engineer and Data Analyst, One Community

Sharadha is a recent Master’s graduate in Computer Science, with 3+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and software engineering. She has worked on projects involving Agentic AI, Natural Language Processing, speech recognition, and predictive analytics. She is passionate about building scalable applications, leveraging data-driven insights, and developing technology that creates meaningful impact. As a member of the One Community team, Sharadha contributed to the development and enhancement of the Highest Good Network software platform by implementing new features, improving application functionality, resolving integration issues, supporting frontend and backend development efforts, and helping advance components such as analytics dashboards, workflow management systems, lesson management features, error handling modules, automated posting, and resource request functionality.
