One Community welcomes Christopher Blair to the Design Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Design and a minor in Horticulture, Christopher has over a decade of experience in the horticulture and landscaping industry. Through his employment with a diverse range of landscaping companies, he has gained valuable insights into how nurturing a garden extends beyond its literal meaning to encompass broader concepts of environmental stewardship. Christopher’s passion is investigating how people can live in mutually beneficial ways with their environment. He is currently completing a Geographic Information Science (GIS) certification from the University of Utah, as a natural progression of his interest in organizing, analyzing, and visualizing efforts related to our interactions with the environment. His dream is to contribute to the development of self-sufficient and environmentally conscious communities worldwide. While a member of the One Community team, Christopher has accomplished geospatial analysis of the Master Plan as part of our Permaculture Design to find improvements in the placement of the 7 Villages and the Duplicable City Center.
