One Community welcomes Adhya Rastogi to the Administration Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Adhya Rastogi, Business Analyst, One Community

Adhya recently completed an MBA in Business Analytics from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. She has experience in business analytics, digital marketing, and operational analysis, and has demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities through work involving campaign optimization, business strategy, KPI analysis, and process improvement using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Excel, and Google Analytics. As a member of One Community, Adhya contributes through Reddit growth strategy optimization, Google Ads and analytics support, dashboard testing, end-to-end quality assurance, administrative coordination, and performance reporting across digital and operational initiatives on the Business Analytics and Software teams. Her work has included growing a Reddit account from 2 to more than 600 karma through organic community engagement, optimizing Google Ads campaigns that contributed to significant increases in impressions, clicks, and conversions, conducting QA testing for organizational dashboards, and identifying and documenting software issues.
