One Community welcomes Nupur Uresh Shah to the Engineering Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Nupur is a detail-driven mechanical design engineer with experience in structural design, CAD modeling, and user-centered product development. With a background in mechanical engineering and data systems, she brings a cross-functional approach to solving real-world engineering problems. As part of the One Community team, Nupur has led the design and engineering of Duplicable City Center DIY hub connector component, including material stress analysis, load distribution modeling, and wind simulation integration. She has produced detailed AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor fabrication guides, developed precise assembly sequences, and standardized component specifications—ensuring the dome’s structural integrity, compliance with safety standards, and smooth on-site assembly by field teams.
