Durgeshwari has over two years of experience in data analytics and engineering and holds a master’s degree in Business Analytics. She excels at transforming data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and improve organizational performance. At One Community, as part of the Admin and Analytical team, she has played a key role in HR analytics, designing and creating wireframes for dashboards within the Highest Good Network software to visualize important metrics. She has also been instrumental in the hiring process, applying her analytical skills to identify and select the best candidates. Her strong analytical skills, adaptability, and commitment to the organization’s mission showcase her effective combination of management and technical expertise.
