One Community welcomes Tanmay Arora to the Software Development Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Tanmay is a software engineer with 3+ years of experience building scalable full-stack applications for enterprise and nonprofit projects. He works with modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Node.js, Java and Spring Boot, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. Passionate about open-source collaboration and clean architecture, Tanmay focuses on using technology to solve real-world problems. His portfolio includes contributions to web application development, data automation systems, ERP tools, and community-driven platforms. As a member of the One Community team, Tanmay developed a custom referral link generator for the job application portal, enabling tailored URLs and source tracking for each job posting. He also improved frontend workflows to enhance the user experience in the Highest Good Network.
