One Community welcomes Rishitha Mamidala to the Software Development Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Rishitha is a skilled Software Engineer with a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston, specializing in full-stack development. With expertise in technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, Angular, MySQL, MongoDB, Java, Python, and Django, she delivers efficient, scalable applications that optimize user experience. Her strong background in both frontend and backend development allows her to build cohesive and responsive applications tailored to organizational needs. She is passionate about continuous learning. As part of the One Community team working on the Highest Good Network Software, Rishitha has been developing and refining the Building Dashboard, where she has implemented new functionalities to improve the material approval process and is currently working on resolving critical bugs to enhance system performance. Additionally, she is addressing significant issues through detailed ESLint code fixes and debugging, which is contributing to a cleaner codebase, improved performance, and a more maintainable project structure.
