One Community welcomes Pallavi Thorat to the Software Development Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!
Pallavi is a software engineer with over 2 years of experience in the tech industry, specializing in full-stack development. She has a strong background in developing scalable and high-performance web applications using technologies such as React, Node.js, MongoDB, Express, AWS and Java Spring Boot. Pallavi is passionate about creating user-friendly software solutions and optimizing system performance to enhance user experiences. With extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, she thrives in collaborative environments and contributes efficiently to team goals. As a member of the One Community team, Pallavi has worked on the User Management, Task, and Timelogs components of Highest Good Network software platform, where she successfully developed features to improve functionality, enhance the user interface, and streamline team management processes.
