One Community welcomes KyoSook Shin to the Software Development Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

KyoSook is a software engineer with over 10 years of experience in embedded systems and full-stack web development, working across both big tech firms and small-sized companies. After graduating from Yonsei University, she specialized in real-time device drivers and kernels. Operating systems and communication stack layers are her playground, C/C++ is her second language next to her native tongue, and she utilizes statistical methods for optimum software development processes. She is enthusiastic about broadening her software skills, including full-stack development, artificial intelligence, parallel computing, and algorithmic efficiency for performance-oriented software programming. Starting in August 2024, she will be pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also holds certificates for Six Sigma Master Black Belt and ISTQB. KyoSook has been developing the TimeLogger functionality as a member of the Highest Good Network software team at One Community.
