One Community welcomes Koushica Bosadi Ulaganathan to the Software Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

With over four years of experience as a Software Engineer, Koushica specializes in developing efficient, scalable, and accessible web solutions. She has created several website features and even built a full website from scratch, handling every stage from design to deployment. Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS with a solid foundation in Node.js and MongoDB, Koushcia ensures ADA and WCAG Web Accessibility standards are met in all projects. As a member of One Community and an active contributor to the open-source Highest Good Network Software, Koushica reviews 20+ pull requests weekly, addresses hotfixes, and develops impactful features such as role visibility enhancements and a notification system for tracking weekly progress. She is passionate about leveraging modern technologies to build visually compelling and highly functional platforms.
