Juhitha is a Software Engineer with over 2 years of experience in full-stack development, specializing in the MERN stack and cloud-based applications. She has worked on building scalable frontend applications using React, Redux, and modern UI frameworks, and has contributed to backend systems leveraging Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. Her background also includes developing secure microservices, optimizing state management, and implementing robust API integrations. Juhitha is passionate about creating clean, efficient solutions that align with user and business needs while ensuring maintainability and scalability. As a member of the One Community software team, she has worked on integrating AI-driven functionality into the project, implemented backend APIs, enhanced frontend features, and contributed to the development of the Summary Dashboard by building data-driven components and ensuring cross-environment consistency for the Highest Good Network software.
