Jibin brings over 3 years of experience in leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing CRM systems, and automating business processes to enhance organizational efficiency and drive growth. He has a proven track record in deploying advanced Salesforce configurations, creating actionable dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, and implementing AI-driven analytics to improve decision-making. With expertise in tools such as SQL, Python, and Salesforce CPQ, Jibin has successfully streamlined operations, achieving significant cost savings and boosting productivity. His educational background includes a Master of Science in Data Science from Drexel University, where he honed his skills in machine learning and data visualization. As a member of the One Community team, Jibin reviews housing team submissions, provides feedback, creates visual collages, updates project blogs, and collaborates with the Google Analytics team to analyze key metrics and improve reporting.
