One Community welcomes Jessica Fairbanks to the Administration/Management Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!
Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Environmental Education from the University of California, Davis in 2023. She then joined the One Community team, encouraging her experience in project management and promoting her passion for environmental sustainability. She has demonstrated success managing complex tasks in a dynamic work environment by effectively applying her prioritization and communication skills. Jessica believes that the first step in creating positive environmental change is making sustainable resources and knowledge accessible and understandable to the world. As a member of the One Community team, Jessica has contributed to the weekly progress updates on the One Community Updates Blog, hired new One Community Volunteers, created volunteer ads for new positions within the Highest Good Food team, and developed work breakdown structures to communicate the importance of Highest Good food positions.
