One Community welcomes Harshitha Rayapati to the Management Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Harshitha is an entrepreneur turned technical project manager. A computer science major with a liberal studies background and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Dartmouth, she brings a blend of technical expertise and strategic program management skills. Passionate about solving wicked problems through a multidisciplinary lens, Harshitha co-founded Food for Thought, a social enterprise addressing student food insecurity. She has worked across public, private, and non-profit sectors in both full-time and internship roles, gaining experience in industries such as education, IT, business process improvement, and fintech. Most recently, as a financial inclusion professional, she led cross-functional initiatives using statistical data analysis and experimentation, collaborated with developers on new product development, and scaled customer intelligence programs. As a member of the One Community team, Harshitha manages a team of five—including front-end and back-end developers as well as designers—and has defined the software component requirements and delivery plan for launching the Highest Good Network Phase 4: Education program.
