One Community welcomes Ayushman Dutta to the Engineering Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Ayushman is a mechanical engineer with demonstrated expertise in mechanical engineering and sustainable technology development through experience at leading organizations, including Tesla, Novelis, and GE Healthcare. He specializes in mechanical design, CAE analysis, thermal systems modeling, and manufacturing optimization, with proven success in reducing costs and improving system efficiency. He is committed to leveraging engineering innovation to drive sustainability and create solutions that benefit both industry and the environment. As a member of the One Community engineering team, Ayushman has contributed to the structural analysis and mechanical design of the Dome Hub Connector for the open-source Duplicable City Center’s geodesic dome, helping ensure the safety, efficiency, and real-world viability of the design while also developing manufacturing processes for the dome.
