One Community welcomes Rithika Pai to the Software Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Rithika Pai, Software Developer, One Community

Rithika is a Software Developer who volunteers her time contributing to One Community’s open-source codebase, working across both the frontend and backend of the Highest Good Network Application. She began on the PR Review Team before being promoted to the Development Team, where she now holds a Manager-in-Training designation. She believes in the power of open, collaborative software to support sustainable, replicable systems, and enjoys the technical challenge of untangling complex codebases to keep projects moving forward. Rithika specializes in reviving abandoned or in-progress pull requests, rebasing them onto the latest codebase, resolving merge conflicts, and fixing CI, SonarQube, and stylelint issues so the work can be reviewed and merged. As a member of the One Community team, she has contributed extensively to the Building Management Dashboard, delivering features spanning event participation analytics, charting, tools tracking, and cost breakdown tools.
