Engineering Our Own Future
One Community is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization designing open source blueprints, tools, tutorials, and resources for building 7 complete sustainable village models. These villages are part of our 4-phase strategy for creating solution models that create solution-creating models and we are seeking people who’d like to join us. We have thousands of hours already invested and are seeking to put the finishing touches on everything we’ve been working on so we can build One Community. Once built, One Community will be the launch-point from which we will globally share, promote, and distribute everything we create even more as complete do-it-yourself multi-media instruction manuals and tutorials purposed for mass duplication and positively and permanently improving life on this planet for everyone and everything.

WHO WE ARE
SPECIFICALLY SEEKING ENGINEERS
We are specifically seeking mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering help right now. The areas we need help on range from more traditional construction like the SEGO Center Duplicable City Hub to much more challenging models like the Earthbag Village, Tropical Atrium, Straw Bale Village, and Aquapinis and Walipinis.

┏ Our open source project-launch blueprinting model is a huge marketing engine that continues to grow and your listing on our Consultants/Partners Page and the page specific to the component(s) you help us with will be the place we refer people to in order to help you gain paid consulting from the people who will follow in our footsteps and will predictably need/want to change aspects of what you contribute to

You would be working from home because we do all our work virtually.
Q: Why aren’t these paid positions?
Everyone who is working with One Community is an unpaid volunteer. This includes our Executive Director and all team members.
