One Community welcomes Shashank Udyavar Madan to the Software Development Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Shashank Udyavar Madan, One Community Volunteer, Highest Good collaboration, people making a difference, One Community Global, helping create global change, difference makers

Shashank is a Computer Science graduate from NC State University with expertise in software engineering and cybersecurity. He has built scalable applications using the MERN stack, React, TypeScript, Flask, FastAPI, and Django, and developed mobile modules with Swift, Java, and Flutter. Shashank also holds the CompTIA Security+ and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certifications. His work spans software engineering, AI research, and information security. Passionate about agentic AI systems, he has developed projects in AI-driven event planning, gamified financial literacy, and distributed consensus algorithms. As a full-stack developer on the One Community software team, Shashank has contributed to the Highest Good Network through the Skills Dashboard, issue charts, and timer and timelog modules, while also working across the frontend and backend to enforce access controls, implement interactive data visualizations, optimize performance, and resolve critical bugs.
