With experience in streamlining operations and implementing cost-effective solutions, he excels at enhancing efficiency across various domains, including production control, procurement, and logistics. Tanmay is passionate about driving operational excellence and developing strategies that contribute to sustainable and efficient business practices. As part of the One Community Highest Good Food Team, Tanmay contributed to optimizing the Menu Supply Chain, Shopping Plan, Cost Analysis, and Food Storage Plan to enhance procurement efficiency and support long-term sustainability goals.
