One Community welcomes Ashrita Cherlapally to the Software Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Ashrita is a Software Engineer with over 3 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, efficient web applications. She has demonstrated success working in dynamic environments, leveraging her expertise in JavaScript frameworks like React, Node.js, both SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Microsoft Azure. With a strong focus on performance optimization and user-centric design, Ashrita thrives in both collaborative and independent roles, tackling complex technical challenges. As a member of the One Community, she is contributing to the Highest Good Network Software team with code reviews, reviewing pull requests, bug fixing and collaborating with team members to maintain high standards of code quality. She also played a key role in developing the badge component for the HGN app using the MERN Stack, which visually represents statistical data, displaying user counts for specific badges selected from a dropdown. This feature enhances user experience by providing clear, actionable insights into user engagement.
