Nikhitha is a software developer with a Master’s degree in Computer Science from George Mason University, bringing expertise in software development, data analysis, and automation. She has hands-on experience with technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and the MERN stack, focusing on building scalable systems and applications. Nikhitha is developing user-friendly applications and delivering impactful solutions through meticulous testing and development practices. As a member of the One Community team, Nikhitha actively contributes to open-source projects like the Highest Good Network application, where she develops and integrates new features to enhance functionality and user experience. She ensures smooth deployments by providing detailed feedback and maintaining code quality through rigorous review processes. By leveraging Git for version control, Nikhitha collaborates with a global team to foster solutions and maintain code quality through adherence to best practices and rigorous review standards.
