One Community welcomes Rupa Bhatia to the Software Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Rupa graduated with a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University in May 2024. With over two years of software development experience and hands-on internships, she has developed strong technical and problem-solving skills. Rupa excels at building dynamic applications, managing data models, and deploying scalable solutions. She is experienced with front-end technologies like ReactJS, Redux, Figma, and Bootstrap; back-end development with Python, Django, and REST APIs; database management with MySQL and PostgreSQL; version control with Git and GitHub; and cloud and deployment through AWS and Heroku. Passionate about technology and continuous learning, Rupa is confident in delivering impactful results. Her interests in reading and music fuel creativity, enhancing her innovative approach. As a Software Engineer at One Community, Rupa contributes to the Highest Good Network Software through front-end and back-end development, actively reviews pull requests (with over 40 reviewed), and plays a key role in developing features for the Management Dashboard and Form components. As a manager-in-training, she conducts weekly team reviews, providing constructive feedback to drive team success.
