One Community welcomes Swathi Dharmasankaran to the Software Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Swathi is a recent graduate with a Master’s in Computer Science and a well-rounded Software Engineer passionate about developing efficient, scalable applications. She has worked on a variety of projects, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver user-friendly solutions while improving system performance and reliability. Swathi excels in simplifying complex systems, enhancing maintainability, and optimizing resource use. She is committed to creating software that not only solves current problems but also contributes to long-term sustainability. As part of the One Community team, Swathi helped refactor both frontend and backend project components of the WBS tasks for the Highest Good Network Software making the system more streamlined and easier to maintain.
