One Community welcomes Strallia Chao to the Software Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!
Strallia is an experienced software engineer with a strong foundation in full-stack development. Her expertise spans several languages and technologies, including JavaScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Azure, and Figma. With a background in healthcare and the arts, she has cultivated a user-centered approach, combining empathy, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and project management—skills that enhance her effectiveness in software development. Strallia has built a health tech chat application to support medical professionals in decision-making and is passionate about creating impactful technical solutions. When she’s not coding, you’ll often find her roller skating, drawing, training, or reading. As a member of the One Community Highest Good Network team, Strallia supports fellow developers through complex problem-solving challenges and code reviews. Currently, she contributes to a large report page, developing the frontend and backend for charts that visualize key organizational metrics.
