One Community is now seeking one additional Hydrologist to join either our Core Team or our Volunteers and Consultants team.

WHO ONE COMMUNITY IS
One Community is a non-profit with a mission for transformational global change through designing, modeling, and open source sharing sustainably holistic, virally-self-replicating, Highest Good of All solutions. These solutions are founded on comprehensive and modifiable village/city models which can be duplicated globally. Duplication can be accomplished both modularly and/or as complete teacher/demonstration hubs and include sustainable solutions for food, energy, housing, new-paradigm education, for-profit and non-profit economics design, social architecture, fulfilled living, stewardship practices and more.
Our Vision is facilitating the creation of a new age of cooperation, collaboration, innovation, creativity, and increased happiness for humanity. We do this by demonstrating what’s possible, open sourcing and free-sharing the blueprints, and making modular or total duplication easy enough, affordable enough, and attractive enough, so that world-change will spread on its own. WHO ONE COMMUNITY SEEKS
One Community seeks globally focused individuals interested in designing and building world-changing teacher/demonstration hubs as educational centers for global transformation and living and creating for The Highest Good of All. For the Hydrologist position we are seeking, we are interested in those who would like to join our team as Pioneer Members and move to the property and/or those who would like to join as Consultants/Partners with a pledge of virtual collaboration now and short-term help (2-6 weeks) when we move to the property. WHAT ONE COMMUNITY OFFERS
Here is how we can support and benefit Hydrologist Consultants and Volunteers:
For those Hydrologists who join our Core Team, the benefits are much broader and more comprehensive. Putting all the components of One Community together will demonstrate a model of living and creating for The Highest Good of All that we believe most people will consider superior to traditional and mainstream living models. While the choice to join us would not be financially based in the traditional sense, the One Community experience all team members are working to create is already designed to:
- Cover all daily living expenses
- Lead to home ownership after 18 months on the property
- Provide a more fulfilled living experience by specifically meeting core human needs
- Provide more access to the things people want most through resource based economy implementation
- Provide an environment of collaboration and cooperation and the satisfaction of knowing one’s efforts are contributing toward the betterment of society and the planet and daily social interaction that demonstrates diversity, caring and loving attitudes, enriching spiritual diversity/engagement, individual growth, honesty and integrity, excellent nutritional meals, and True Community focused on the comprehensive and constant evolution and expansion of sustainability.
In short, for all involved, our organization is about taking on a different lifestyle, way of thinking, and becoming a better person to serve yourself and society.
