TRANSPARENCY AND DOCUMENTATION PROCESSES
The following files and/or information is identified by our Bylaws as information that will always be accessible to Members either via online access or kept at the principal office:
- A record of all members, indicating their names and addresses (ACE App)
- Minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors, Teams, and of all meetings of members (Google Docs)
- Adequate and correct books and records of account, including accounts of properties and business transactions and accounts of assets, liabilities, receipts, disbursements, gains, and losses (At Office)
- A copy of our Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws as amended to date (Linked Above)
