One Community is committed to the on-going evolution and growth of everything we do for The Highest Good of All. As part of this we endorse a culture focused on the clearest and most open communication possible. This page discusses the feedback format we’ve learned through our consensus trainings and use as part of our internal monthly reviews and suggest as part of the Education for Life Program.
We discuss the feedback format this with the following sections:
CONSCIOUS COMMUNICATION | CONSENSUS TRAINING | MONTHLY REVIEWS
The feedback format on this page is the best we’ve found for giving and receiving clear, direct, and loving feedback. It is purposed for the growth and benefit of all participants and is an essential part of the consensus trainings we host and of our Highest Good Society culture and goals. We use it because, in our opinion, the art of giving and receiving feedback graciously and effectively is foundational to collaborative growth and operating with the consciousness of The Highest Good of All.
One Community believes in the development of a global culture of growth and improvement in all aspects of people’s lives and we see the use of the feedback format described below as supporting this. Our hope in open sourcing this format is that as many people as possible can use and benefit from it as we have. Sharing and helping to support and spread ideas like this is directly in alignment with our Purpose and Mission, our Global-transformation Pledge, and Highest Good philosophy for open source creation, sharing, and making a difference in the world.

Q: This is part of the Evaluation and Evolution component, are all parts necessary?
We consider all aspects listed above as important, but how a person or organization chooses to use them is up to that individual or group. To maximize the flexibility and application options, all components are designed to be usable in combinations, as part of the complete One Community Education for Life program, or as stand-alone components.
Q: What if I have my own feedback system that I like better, can I use that instead?
Of course! All aspects of the Education for Life program are designed for use in any educational environment and with or without inclusion of any other aspect of the program.

"In order to change an existing paradigm you do not struggle to try and change the problematic model.
You create a new model and make the old one obsolete. That, in essence, is the higher service to which we are all being called."
